I was about to get off the computer but then I realised that I can only have a journal entry ranting about boring things for so long. So I decided to update with a new boring rant.

I posted two more pictures, horray for me.
The first one, Together, has some somewhat lesbicious over tones... and undertones and middle tones, side tones, front and back tones..... anywho obviously that doesn't bother me or I wouldn't have drawn or posted it for all to see. I think it is cute, it is not sexual either I should point out, despite the close proximity, it's just cuteness. Was trying out a different style I think, more individualised shojou but with stronger colours and less eyelashes, if we are in understanding with one another.

The second picture Upside Down, is about childrens TV shows, about how they're getting a little trippy these days which I conveyed in the environment and it's also about old fashioned shows, the background looks kind of cardboard cut out and the girl is human and not some kind of creepy puppet (okay so she has blue hair, it is kinda manga inspired so you know, doesn't count)and the words "Upside Down, Upside Down" and the rocket in the back ground are references to an old kids show called "Mr Squiggle" which itself was somewhat trippy when you think of it. I tried drawning Mr Squiggle in a way which was less creey and more endearing but alas to no avail... he was cool though...

anyway so as Peter Cundle (From Gardening Australia) would say;
