I find it so interesting that Mike has openly admitted he hates Peter but when you watch the show or see shots of them, they look so close. This is really cute!

Well, I am only going by the book written about Mike. My roommate read it and told me some things it said. Wow he was a real jerk lol. And Micky's biography says that Mike was always yelling at Peter. I have a theory that it is all self promoting drama. They get more fans if there is more drama.

Very true. Though my impression is that Mike could be a real prat sometimes. Obviously he's grown up abit since, in the commentary of an episode he said he thinks of all of them as brothers. He seem.... no no I won't go into an entire theory about the personality of someone I've never met, I'll keep that to myself heh heh

Oh it is so confusing. There are so many conflicting accounts of how they act towards each other. And I always point out that brothers do fight. I'll just stick to my idea of how they are lol.

This was really great, thank you...I really agree with what you and Neffie have said here, it's such a shame that there has to be all that drama or alleged (hopefully) drama. Their bond on the series, slash or not, is pretty damn touching.

Haha yeah it's probably the best thing to do that's probably more important really, I just like to believe that any problems they had probably came from stress and fustration. I watched the fairy tale episode with Torks commentary yesterday; he spent most of the time laughing at Mike dressed as a princess he said it was one of his favourite episodes.

I know it's terrible especially when the show was so innocent and friendship based, I don't know why some people are so eager to ruin it.
Yeah I know the whole show is just so touching , I love the combination of the different characters with Papa Nez as the father figure lol and Pete as the most nieve even though in reality Peter's actually the oldest

Watch the episode Peter directed with his commentary. I think it is mind their manners. I can't remember but anyway, he said Mike didn't listen to his direction...lol. I imagine Mike was hard to deal with always having to be in charge and all. I watched the daydream believer movie with the commentary and Peter and Davy sound so bitter. But like I said, it is so confusing because in one commentary they sound negative and then in another happy. I'd agree that it was mostly from frustration and stress. Micky was quoted stating that when Peter left the group Mike bought him a watch inscribed with "from the guys at work." Micky said Peter never forgave him for it. But then Peter would do things for Mike like write music because Mike didn't know how. I dunno, it is so confusing.

Yeah I remember that commentary... Poor Peter I can imagine how that could leave a lasting impression but I don't think Mike meant it to be quite as harsh as Peter took it....although there was probably a level of bitterness involved. Same with the 'Mike not following Peters directions' hopefully Peter didn't take it too personally. I remember doing drama in highschool, When I had to do things I didn't agree with I felt that I'd rather beat my head against the wall, I became grumpy and unmanagable very quickly ^_^.

Too many ego's spoil the spirit of co-operation.
